Designed to evolve with its inhabitants, The Grass Home offers an open, bright layout with flexible partition options, hidden installations, and high-quality finishes. The home is delivered with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and modular wardrobes by CUBRO, allowing customization to fit each family’s needs.

Incorporates passive bioclimatic architectural strategies:
– Large south-facing windows to capture light and heat in winter
– Eaves designed to block sun in summer
– Efficient façades adapted to each orientation

The house adapts to the natural slope with two solutions:
– Semi-buried ground floor made of reinforced concrete panels with expanded polystyrene core
– Elevated upper floor with a lightweight structure clad in natural materials: cork, wood, and rock wool
